At AlphaBridge Copier, privacy isn't just a policy—it's the core architecture of our software. We built AlphaBridge with a zero-knowledge, local-first philosophy. Your trading data, broker credentials, and execution history never leave your machine.

🛡️ The Short Version: We do not store your TradeLocker passwords. We do not see your trades. Our backend only handles account billing and license validation. The actual copy engine runs 100% locally on your PC or VPS.

1. Information We Collect

To provide the AlphaBridge service, we collect only the absolute minimum information required for account management and license enforcement:

Account Information: Name, email address, and a hashed password (used strictly for logging into the AlphaBridge dashboard).
Device Fingerprint (HWID): A unique hardware identifier generated locally by the engine. This is used solely to enforce subscription limits (e.g., number of masters/slaves) and prevent license sharing.
Payment Data: Handled entirely by our third-party payment processor. We never see or store your credit card numbers.

2. What We DO NOT Collect (Zero-Knowledge)

Because the Rust engine runs locally on your machine, the following data never touches our servers:

Broker Credentials: Your TradeLocker emails, passwords, and API tokens are encrypted locally on your disk and sent directly to TradeLocker.
Trade Data: Position openings, closures, SL/TP modifications, and trade history remain strictly on your local machine.
IP Addresses of Brokers: The engine connects directly to TradeLocker servers; we do not proxy or relay your trading traffic.

3. How We Use Your Information

Authentication: To allow you to log into the web dashboard.
License Enforcement: To verify your subscription tier (Trial, Lite, Standard) and issue cryptographic signatures that unlock the local engine.
Support: To respond to your inquiries and provide technical assistance.

4. Data Security

Your local data is protected using AES-256-GCM encryption, keyed by your machine's hardware ID. Our web backend uses industry-standard TLS encryption for data in transit and secure hashing (bcrypt) for passwords.

5. Third-Party Services

We integrate with the following third parties:

TradeLocker: The engine communicates directly with TradeLocker's API to execute trades.
Payment Processors: For handling subscription billing.
