What happens if my computer crashes during a trade?
AlphaBridge Copier stores all linked positions in a local database. When you reboot, your engine automatically reconciles open positions, removes stale links, and resumes copying with no false positions, no manual intervention. Holding positions over the weekend? Not a problem, you can shut your engine down on Friday and it will pick up where you left off on Monday.
Is my data safe?
Absolutely. Your TradeLocker credentials and trade data are only saved on your computer. Our backend only relays control commands and live data over an encrypted WebSocket – we never store your API keys or trade history on our servers. Your data is your private business and we're here to ensure it remains that way.
Do I need to keep the dashboard open for copying to work?
No. Your copier engine runs as a separate process on your machine or VPS. The dashboard is just for monitoring and configuration – you can close it anytime and copying continues.
Can I copy from multiple masters to multiple slaves simultaneously?
Yes! AlphaBridge Copier supports multi‑master, multi‑slave configurations. Each pair operates independently with its own risk settings and enable/disable toggle. Using our Standard Plan you can even copy from 1 master to a maximum of 5 slaves with no extra charge if you choose to configure your engine that way.
What happens if the WebSocket connection drops?
Your engine and dashboard both auto‑reconnect with exponential backoff. If your fingerprint isn’t registered, the browser automatically opens the registration page – you’re back online in seconds.
