1. Software License & Subscriptions

AlphaBridge Copier is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) tool. Upon payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software according to your selected tier (Trial, Lite, or Standard).

• Auto-Renewal: Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
• Hardware Locking: Licenses are tied to your device's hardware fingerprint (HWID). You may not share your account or license keys with third parties.
• Refund Policy: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are unsatisfied, contact support within 30 days of your initial purchase for a full refund.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the AlphaBridge engine.
• Bypass or tamper with the license validation, heartbeat, or "poison pill" security mechanisms.
• Use the software for any illegal activities or to manipulate broker systems.
• Resell, sublicense, or distribute your account credentials.

3. Trading Risk Disclaimer

AlphaBridge Copier is strictly a technological tool designed to replicate trade executions between accounts. It does not generate trading signals, provide market analysis, or guarantee profitability. Past performance of any trading system or methodology is not necessarily indicative of future results.

4. No Financial Advice

Nothing on the AlphaBridge website, dashboard, or software constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, risk management, and the configuration of your master/slave copy pairs.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphaBridge Copier, its founders, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, or broker account blowups—arising from the use or inability to use the software.

The software is provided "as is". While we strive for sub-millisecond latency and 100% uptime, we do not guarantee that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or completely immune to broker API outages or network failures.

6. Broker Terms Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of trade-copying software complies with the Terms of Service of your specific broker or prop firm. AlphaBridge is not responsible for any actions taken by your broker, including account restrictions or profit disallowances.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the software immediately, without refund, if you violate these Terms (e.g., attempting to crack the software, sharing licenses, or engaging in fraudulent activity).

At AlphaBridge Copier, privacy isn't just a policy—it's the core architecture of our software. We built AlphaBridge with a zero-knowledge, local-first philosophy. Your trading data, broker credentials, and execution history never leave your machine.

1. Information We Collect

To provide the AlphaBridge service, we collect only the absolute minimum information required for account management and license enforcement:

• Account Information: Name, email address, and a hashed password (used strictly for logging into the AlphaBridge dashboard).
• Device Fingerprint (HWID): A unique hardware identifier generated locally by the engine. This is used solely to enforce subscription limits (e.g., number of masters/slaves) and prevent license sharing.
• Payment Data: Handled entirely by our third-party payment processor. We never see or store your credit card numbers.

2. What We DO NOT Collect (Zero-Knowledge)

Because the Rust engine runs locally on your machine, the following data never touches our servers:

• Broker Credentials: Your TradeLocker emails, passwords, and API tokens are encrypted locally on your disk and sent directly to TradeLocker.
• Trade Data: Position openings, closures, SL/TP modifications, and trade history remain strictly on your local machine.
• IP Addresses of Brokers: The engine connects directly to TradeLocker servers; we do not proxy or relay your trading traffic.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Authentication: To allow you to log into the web dashboard.
• License Enforcement: To verify your subscription tier (Trial, Lite, Standard) and issue cryptographic signatures that unlock the local engine.
• Support: To respond to your inquiries and provide technical assistance.

4. Data Security

Your local data is protected using AES-256-GCM encryption, keyed by your machine's hardware ID. Our web backend uses industry-standard TLS encryption for data in transit and secure hashing (bcrypt) for passwords.

We integrate with the following third parties:

• TradeLocker: The engine communicates directly with TradeLocker's API to execute trades.
• Payment Processors: For handling subscription billing.
